What is your refund and cancellation policy?
  • If you have a gift voucher in paragliding, this has no cancellation date
  • If the trip has to be canceled due to weather conditions, there are no cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations within one hour of departure require a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refund is granted, if the client does not arrive on time for the departure of the trip.
Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?

Yes. Reservations are required for guaranteed spots on all tours. Reservations help us determine the number of guides we need to ensure that our groups remain manageable and enjoyable, and they allow us to notify you of changes to the tour due to weather or anything that could disturb the tours.
